Norway helping NDF to resume peace talks
"Norwegian officials are quietly helping the National Democratic Front, the policial wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines, to get the group removed from the European Union and United States’ list of foreign terrorist organizations, Defense Secretary Eduardo Ermita said on Saturday."
